To that end, the institution is introducing massage chairs as a new service at its campuses on Egyetem Square, Böszörményi Road, and Kassai Road, as well as in the Faculty of Engineering building in Ótemető Street. Specialists have installed nine of these relaxation devices on Wednesday.

BMW is to establish a business service center in Debrecen. The center, which is expected to handle international financial and logistics tasks, will be completed with an investment of HUF 1.7 billion, of which the central government provides approximately HUF 425 million in funding, thereby creating 50 new high value-added jobs. The new business unit of the University of Debrecen’s strategic partner will support the development of global accounting and customs processes, as well as the operational conditions of the European factory network of the BMW Group.
A cooperation agreement was signed on Thursday, March 26, by the leaders of the University of Debrecen and those of the Education University of Hong Kong in order to launch faculty and student exchanges as well as joint research projects in the future. There have been two meetings held recently with the aim of expanding cooperation between the University of Debrecen and Uzbek institutions of higher education.
